Best-Selling Author and NYU Prof to Visit Sawyer Free. Plus ... Dessert!

Modern public libraries like the new Sawyer Free 2025 serve as an oasis of community, sharing and belonging. Don't miss an evening with Carnegie Medal-winning and New York Times-bestselling author Eric Klinenberg at the library on July 14 from 6 to 7pm. Remarks and a dialogue with the audience will be followed by a dessert reception at the library’s outdoor amphitheater.

Come take part as NYU’s Director of the Institute for Public Knowledge illustrates how social infrastructure like the library creates lasting and powerful connections where shared values and experiences build community consensus. This event is free and open to the public.
